Is it really free delivery?
Yes, to UK mainland addresses with no minimum spend. The Scottish Highlands and Islands are £29.95 and Northern Ireland £24.95, because they genuinely cost us more. Bikes and e-bikes ship on a specialist courier.
Can I return something that does not fit?
Thirty days, unused and unworn, for any reason. Clothing and bikes are the two things people most often size wrong, so both carry a size guide on the product page — check it before you order and you probably will not need this answer.
Why are some specifications missing?
Because the manufacturer does not publish them. We would rather show a short spec table than a complete-looking one with invented numbers in it. If a figure matters to your decision, ask us and we will chase it down before you buy.
Do I need a licence or insurance for an electric bike?
No. UK law caps assistance at 15.5mph and 250W continuous power, and every e-bike we sell is inside those limits. That makes it legally a bicycle: no registration, no licence, no insurance, no helmet requirement.
Are these prices with VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes VAT at 20%, and the checkout itemises it so you can see exactly what it is.
