What we are good at answering
- Whether a specific tent will take two people and their packs
- Which of two jackets is the warmer, or the more waterproof, and by how much
- Frame size for your height, before you order a bike
- Any specification a manufacturer has not published — we will chase it
No phone number, deliberately
We do not publish one because we could not answer it reliably, and a number that rings out is worse than no number at all. Email reaches a person.
